What is Catch Reviews?
Catch Reviews is an AI review assistant for local businesses. It learns about your business, monitors Google reviews, and helps you respond in your own voice.
Will the replies sound like my business?
That’s the idea. Catch Reviews uses your business context and brand voice to create relevant replies. The examples above show how a response can change with the review, from a warm thank-you to a thoughtful response to a complaint.
What happens when a review isn’t so good?
Catch Reviews flags feedback that needs your attention and helps you write a considered reply. You can focus on the conversation and the customer. It does not remove or hide legitimate reviews.
Does Catch Reviews post replies automatically?
Reply workflows support automation with your permission. We’ll walk through how you want replies handled during your setup call.
Which review platforms are supported?
Google is our initial focus. Yelp, Facebook Recommendations, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot are planned, subject to platform access. We’re also exploring review visibility on Bing. Future platforms are not live integrations yet.
